Summary The Distinguished, Technical Program Manager – Payroll Modernization leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions. About the Team The Payroll Modernization (PayMod) team leads the migration of the largest U.S. workforce to a new payroll system while enhancing system architecture for global scalability. This team manages complex, large-scale programs by applying advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical design expertise. Collaborating cross-functionally, members deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with evolving business needs. The team emphasizes disciplined program execution, clarity, risk mitigation, and process optimization to ensure successful outcomes and sustained system reliability across multiple initiatives.
