About The Position

About the team: The Infosec Product Team leads product lifecycle management with a focus on aligning solutions to customer needs and strategic objectives. This team collaborates closely with business, technology, project, and leadership groups to develop secure, customer-centered products. Members drive product strategy, roadmap development, and data-driven decisions while managing platform products and addressing artificial intelligence risks. The team fosters clear communication and cross-functional engagement to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance security and customer experience. Their work ensures continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in platform product management with a strong focus on product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Proven ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective product strategies.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics to guide product development and measure success.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build stakeholder consensus and secure alignment across teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence risk, and their application in product innovation.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex product lifecycles using Agile methodologies and MVP approaches.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, coaching, and mentoring to develop high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.
  • 13 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related area and 10 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics)
