You will operate as a trusted advisor for our key technologies, platforms and capability domains, creating clear and concise communications, code samples, blog posts and other material to share knowledge both inside and outside the organization. You will specialize in a particular subject area, but your input and impact will be sought and expected throughout the organization. In this role, you will work with our Data Protection and Endpoint Security teams to shape the long term technical direction of these programs. You will define, architect, and build custom software that will transform the capabilities of these two programs. You will work with enterprise technology teams to design cyber security solutions that can be embedded directly into the SDLC to drive frictionless integration of security requirements into enterprise applications. You will guide and mentor junior associates to champion an internal culture of curiosity, growth, and learning. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
At least 3 years of experience with public or private cloud technologies

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering
10+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages like Java, Python, Go, etc.
10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production support
3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure services (AWS)
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.

Define and drive the technical roadmap for our Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Cryptography Services.
Build capabilities to automate manual workflows within these programs to reduce toil and drive operational excellence and platform stability.
Identify opportunities to develop custom software to build innovative cyber security solutions.
Engage with the broader enterprise Distinguished Engineer community to ensure that security tooling is deeply integrated into the software development process.
Create frameworks to continually evaluate and elevate our engineering maturity, and support growth and development of junior talent through formal and informal mentorship.
