About The Position

Welcoe to Love's! The Credit Services Department is seeking to hire a Disputes Coordinator II to oversee fleet and credit card adjustments and manage dispute resolution processes. This position will provide customer service by assisting customers in resolving electronic payment issues. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Document and research customer service and dispute cases in line with company policies.
  • Work with fleet card and credit card companies to facilitate resolutions.
  • Monitor customer service and disputes mailboxes for cases.
  • Assist stores with transactional issues related to card payments.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
