Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Telecom Dispute Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong telecom dispute knowledge, including CABS, intercarrier billing, access charges, and billing variance analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with telecom tariffs, contracts, and dispute workflows, with the ability to manage complex, high-impact cases while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.
