About The Position

As a Dispensary Greeter, you’ll create the first impression for every guest—welcoming customers, verifying IDs, and ensuring a smooth, compliant entry experience. You’ll help manage customer flow, support the sales floor team, and play a key role in maintaining a friendly, organized, and professional environment.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and math skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Open availability required, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Cannabis knowledge preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and verify IDs with accuracy
• Manage customer traffic flow and assist the sales team
• Support customers on the sales floor as needed
• Maintain compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations
• Keep POS counters clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help with cleaning, stocking, and daily store operations
• Stay informed on cannabis products, specials, and industry trends
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
