DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Dispatches route personnel to gaming locations and completes data entry relative to service call Complies with all major changes in route location and with company and gaming rules and regulations Follows dispatch standard operating procedures Ability to use a computer and associated software to complete documentation Completes data entry for all service and change calls Basic understanding of route communications systems Track activity and location of all service personnel Answers incoming calls lines and handles all calls according to dispatch procedures Handles emergency situations Refers complaints and/or problems to Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager
