Carolina Cool is hiring a Dispatcher to support our Technicians
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our technicians and plumbers, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer and technician receives outstanding support.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
• Remote work on weekends during peak season

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls
• Optimize daily routes to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Communicate job details, updates, and schedule changes to field technicians
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls
• Maintain accurate job and customer records in the scheduling system
• Provide clear communication between customers, technicians, and management
• Support operations to ensure on-time arrivals and high customer satisfaction
