About The Position

Under the direction of the Dispatch Supervisor, the Dispatcher is responsible for efficient telephone and radio communications.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize and dispatch requests for service from radio and telephone communications and assign the appropriate Personnel.
• Handle a variety of emergency situations i.e. medical aids, fires, crimes, and/or evacuations.
• Handle functions as directed by the Supervisor for the purpose of filing and maintaining appropriate paperwork.
• Complete accurate logs and reports.
• Monitor cameras focused on all outside areas, such as employee entrance, valet area, parking garage and outside Hotel areas and complete investigations when needed.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with those contacted during the course of work.
• Other duties may be assigned.
