About The Position

As a Team Member of the Dispatch team, the Dispatcher is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Dispatcher is responsible for timely documentation of events, dispatching Security to calls, and operating perimeter surveillance equipment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards.
  • Demonstrates a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others.
  • Provides exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Operate dispatch and surveillance equipment.
  • Coordinate response to calls and emergency situations.
  • Track departmental duty assignments and break times.
  • Monitor entrances and surrounding property via surveillance equipment within and around CRCR to protect against theft and maintain the security of CRCR assets.
  • Enter accurate information into a computer-aided dispatching system.
  • Conduct video review investigations, working closely with surveillance and completing appropriate investigative documentation to support outcomes.
  • Utilize the appropriate documentation process to record all activities that affect CRCR, Team Members and Guests. Reports daily activities to direct Supervisors and/or Security Manager.
  • Ensure proper notifications are made in regard to emergency situations or as directed.
  • Understand and comply with all business and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively utilizes radio communication systems and departmental codes and call-signs.
  • Report daily activities to direct leads, Supervisors and/or Security Management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
