Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of dispatching or similar experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in an office-based role using company software and computers
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
• Communicate job details between technicians and customers
• Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors
• Debrief technicians after jobs and update data in company software
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations
