About The Position

We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and route Service Technicians efficiently within a designated geographic area. This role is critical in ensuring productivity, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or restaurant management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to learn proprietary or specialized dispatch software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP systems

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and route Service Technicians to service calls using dispatch management tools
  • Optimize scheduling to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technicians in a specific territory
  • Coordinate and cluster service calls to reduce travel time and improve performance
  • Support technicians in meeting service commitments and customer expectations
  • Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers regarding schedules and updates
