About The Position

Dispatcher position $20.25 hourly Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Dispatcher. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Coordinates any and all unmade or returned deliveries and communicates status to all appropriate personnel. Consistently monitors and reviews driver daily performance to maximize delivery accuracy and efficiency. Reviews and analyzes previous deliveries for under payment/ over payment and uncollected route deliveries. Coordinates collection and rectification of all delivery payment discrepancies. Has daily interaction with drivers to ensure safety and performance expectations are communicated.  Enforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.  Prepares recommendations for management evaluation in order to improve work efficiencies. Supports Collection Supervisor. Other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager. Requirements
