About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in dispatching or fleet management within a logistics or transportation environment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience with fleet maintenance coordination and peripheral vision for monitoring multiple activities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with advanced logistics management software and tools.
• Customer service experience, particularly in answering phones and handling inquiries.
• Certification in transportation or logistics management.
