About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatcher to coordinate daily shipments, communicate with drivers, and help keep deliveries running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving on the go.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching (required).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with dispatch or logistics software (preferred).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch loads to meet customer and delivery deadlines.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to ensure timely updates.
- Track shipments and update statuses in logistics systems.
- Ensure delivery documentation and driver hours are accurate and compliant.
- Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.
