Pay: $17/hour Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
0+ years of experience required
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.
Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
Problems encountered are simple, repetitive and generallly solved by clear directions and procedures.
Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Set routes with drivers.
Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
Assume other duties as assigned.
