About The Position

Precision Plumbing and Heating specializes in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on several installers into our HVAC department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. Paid training included. We provide paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. Position Overview: As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our technicians. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests. You’ll communicate directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits. Additionally, you'll maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to enhance efficiency.
