The dispatcher is responsible for receiving requests, coordinating resources, and scheduling personnel or vehicles to ensure timely operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous dispatch experience required
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required.

Nice To Haves

Petroleum inspection experience a plus

Responsibilities

Coordination & Scheduling: Managing, and adjusting daily schedules and routes for couriers and inspectors.
Communication: Answering calls, emails, gathering information, and dispatching appropriate personnel.
Monitoring & Tracking: Utilizing GPS and tracking software to monitor the location and progress of vehicles or field personnel.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of calls, work orders, service requests, and deliveries.
Troubleshooting: Addressing delays, customer complaints, and changing conditions (traffic, weather, emergency incidents) by re-routing or re-assigning resources.
