Aire Serv of East Valley is growing and we need a DISPATCHER/CSR who will help make that growth happen. Requirements

Ability and willingness to take the initiative
At least 2 years experience as an over-the-phone customer service representative
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to set and achieve goals
Willingness to learn new things
Take initiative to organize the office to ensure efficiently
Must pass a background check
Have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience using Service Titan or other web-based scheduling software
Microsoft experience in Word, Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
60+ phone calls per day
Minor office duties, ex; Filing
Dispatch & Schedule service calls Via Service Titan
Handle web chats, social media, questions asked or appointments set on company website
Part of the office team to put customer service first and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
