Aire Serv of East Valley is growing and we need a DISPATCHER/CSR who will help make that growth happen. Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to take the initiative
  • At least 2 years experience as an over-the-phone customer service representative
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Take initiative to organize the office to ensure efficiently
  • Must pass a background check
  • Have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience using Service Titan or other web-based scheduling software
  • Microsoft experience in Word, Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
  • 60+ phone calls per day
  • Minor office duties, ex; Filing
  • Dispatch & Schedule service calls Via Service Titan
  • Handle web chats, social media, questions asked or appointments set on company website
  • Part of the office team to put customer service first and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
