What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a driven, detail‑oriented Dispatcher who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily workflow — coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and ensuring our field technicians are exactly where they need to be. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and think on your feet will directly impact our customers’ experience and our team’s success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
  • Comfort with dispatching or scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
  • Prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver top‑tier service
  • Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high‑priority calls
  • Track technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of service calls, technician activity, and workflow changes
