Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior dispatch or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Problem-solving ability and sound judgment

Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians to job sites with efficiency and precision
- Manage inbound customer calls and assess service needs
- Schedule technicians for emergency and routine visits
- Provide top-tier customer service throughout every interaction
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicles, equipment, and job progress
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing and organizing
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive environment
- Flex to other duties as needed
