Summary: Provides essential dispatch communications. Responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communications between the dispatch center, officers, other department personnel, outside emergency and law enforcement agencies, and the public. Maintains records of Protective Services/Police related data; such as, LEADS/OHLEG, Lost & Found, Key logs, Etc. Issues keys, parking stickers, and parking permits. Processes, enters and retrieves employee data records in the Protective Services/Police computer system. The Dispatcher upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Summa Health.
