We are currently seeking an experienced bilingual Dispatch/Customer Service Representative at our branch office in Pompano Beach, FL. Requirements

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
One (1) year of experience in a dispatch capacity.
A high school diploma or the equivalent in experience.
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with computer software to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in taking a high volume of customer service calls.
Assist with high volume of emails.
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information regarding inquiries, discrepancies and or complaints.
Assists to technicians via email, text, or by phone call.
Verifies warranty information with manufacturers and collects accurate information to close out service calls promptly.
Sends quotes/estimates for order parts in a timely manner.
Provides updates customer and or associates and answers questions regarding pending service calls, parts on order, etc.
Performs other tasks as required.
