Duties will include: Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects Providing clients with high-quality customer service Communicating client needs to field staff Inputting data into scheduling software Preparing field files for staff Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including: Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk Document organization and filing Providing administrative support to project managers
