About The Position

Mueller Landscape Inc. is a family-owned landscaping company serving residential customers throughout San Diego County since 1982. We are seeking a reliable and organized remote team member to manage daily scheduling and dispatch coordination for our field crews. This position is responsible for organizing schedules, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring crews have accurate information to complete their work efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working with schedules, solving logistical challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is an operations-focused role with limited customer interaction related primarily to scheduling and service coordination.

Requirements

  • Prior dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Copilot CRM (now HomeWorks)
  • Experience with service-based scheduling systems (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
  • Experience working with landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or other field service companies

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily scheduling and routing of field crews
  • Coordinate service appointments and estimate scheduling
  • Adjust schedules based on weather, call-outs, and job changes
  • Communicate schedule updates to field crews and internal team
  • Ensure accurate job notes and scheduling information in CRM
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with customers as needed
  • Maintain organized daily dispatch notes
  • Assist with schedule adjustments to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
  • Escalate operational issues to management when needed
