Dispatch Integration and Automation Product Lead Consultant - Allstate Roadside
About The Position
This role will design, develop, manage, and lead projects and initiatives by applying strong technical and strategic skills that support the Allstate Roadside Services product strategy. The position is responsible for driving innovation concepts across Allstate Roadside Services and broader Allstate business areas. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional leaders within Allstate Roadside Services to execute strategic initiatives and innovation platforms that differentiate Allstate Roadside Services in the emergency roadside assistance market, while also strengthening Allstate’s position within the auto insurance space.

Responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge in the use of data sources and applications to conduct research
- Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, processes or products
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive innovation and “learning” initiatives
- Evaluate the market and competitive environment, for new products and product extensions that support the ARS strategy
- Benchmark best practices in the industry; bring outside information in
- Build and maintain internal and external networks of innovation contacts
- Build awareness of ARS in the industry and among Allstate business leaders
- Analyze long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions and consider ramifications to ARS
- Develop and continually refine new product development and launch processes
