Requirements

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, internal teams, and management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics operations (preferred).
Problem‑solving skills to quickly address delays, exceptions, or unexpected changes.
Proficiency with dispatching systems, TMS platforms, or basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and documentation accurately.
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to provide clear updates and professional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispatch records and reporting.
Dependability and strong work ethic, especially in fast‑moving operational environments.
H.S. diploma/GED required and 1-3 years experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field
Three (3) years or more experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field required

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years or more experience in the trucking Industry preferred

Responsibilities

A highly organized Dispatch Coordinator responsible for efficiently dispatching drivers throughout the day while maintaining continuous communication with the operations team, customers, drivers, and management.
Ensures that daily transportation activities run smoothly by providing clear instructions, real‑time updates, and rapid problem resolution.
Demonstrates strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume logistics environment.
Plays a key role in supporting service excellence, operational accuracy, and on‑time performance.
