Requirements
- 1 year minimum working in the trade
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Comfort with scheduling software and multitasking
- A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Keep accurate records in our dispatch and CRM systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
