About The Position

Source Office & Technology is looking for an energetic and organized Dispatch Coordinator- Tech Services to join our growing team! As our Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll manage incoming service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers receive quick, efficient support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatch, coordination, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-through with customers and teammates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming service calls, emails, and chats.
  • Prioritize and assign service calls the right technician.
  • Keep customers updated on scheduling, delays, and resolutions.
  • Communicate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each service call.
  • Track orders for materials, parts, and equipment.
  • Identify and share recurring issues or improvement ideas with leadership.
  • Support team projects and help streamline processes.
  • Work across multiple software systems to stay organized and efficient.
  • Duties are not limited to the above, duties as assigned or as needed may change
