As the Dispatch Coordinator/Administrative Assistant you will assist teammates and customers by managing daily office tasks, scheduling teams to customer locations, and providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with the production team
  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
