About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating driver schedules, monitoring routes, communicating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous dispatch or logistics/transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable with the future site relocation to the Alliance area

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes and deliveries
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout the shift to monitor progress and provide updates
• Track shipments, verify delivery documentation, and resolve any routing or scheduling issues
• Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams regarding order status
• Input and update data in dispatching systems with accuracy
• Assist in maintaining route efficiency and ensuring timely delivery performance
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
