We invite you to join our team! - Dishwasher Per-Diem What You'll Do: As a Dishwasher you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' dietary needs by maintaining a hygienic kitchen by cleaning, sanitizing, and storing plates, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring a steady supply for cooks and servers. Requirements

  • Wash all sliver, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment

Responsibilities

  • Dish Cleaning: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery by hand or using a dishwasher.
  • Sanitization: Ensuring all kitchenware and equipment (e.g., ovens, grills) are properly cleaned according to food safety standards.
  • Organization: Sorting, stacking, and storing clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in assigned areas.
  • Maintenance: Keeping the dish pit, kitchen, and storage areas clean, dry, and organized.
