Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized
• Assist with trash removal and recycling
• Keep floors clean and dry in kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and stocking tasks
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen and storage areas as assigned
