About The Position

This position is responsible for making sure dishes are sanitized and cleaned in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• 1 Year experience preferred
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Lifting (up to 40 lbs.), bending/reaching, standing, walking for long periods of time
• Required to reach with hands and arms as well as talk and hear
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination along with specific vision abilities (close, distance and ability to adjust/focus) required

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Clean and maintain dish area
• Clean Food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
• Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Remove trash
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors
• Receive and store supplies
• Clean rest rooms
• Clean and organize service area
