As a Dishwasher at Grand Geneva, you will sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations throughout the hotel, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions and perform physical activities like standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing up to 150 lbs, and working in fast-paced, noisy, and potentially confining environments.
• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
