Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area at all times
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with light prep tasks or kitchen support when needed
- Keep floors dry and safe to prevent hazards
- Monitor chemical levels and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Support cooks and service staff by ensuring equipment is available and ready
