Home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and the Chicago Bulls (NBA), the United Center also hosts concerts and various live events. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all back-of-house areas to support daily operations and event readiness.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents.
- Basic math skills.
- Sound reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas.
- Operate equipment safely; report any malfunctions or hazards.
- Handle equipment responsibly to minimize wear and ensure proper function.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Ensure workspaces for team members remain clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
