Responsible for the operation of the dishwashers, for sorting and stacking dirty dishes, glassware, silverware and pots and pans, and/or returning clean dishes, glassware and silverware, and pots and pans to their proper locations. Responsible for the cleanliness of equipment and work area. Sweeps and mops floors, empties garbage and assists other kitchen employees as requested.
