About The Position

The Steward (Part Time) supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience.
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to walk / stand for entire shift
Maricopa County Food Handlers
Must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation
The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.
Must have Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintain the silver polishing program
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
