Seeking energetic Dishwashers that are happy to assist our team as they are the backbone to our state-of-the-art kitchen. They ensure the flow isn't interrupted and keep the dish room organized and the dish machine in clean and working order so our members and their guests have a GREAT experience at their club… How our DISHWASHERS will assist us in enhancing our members dining experience...
Requirements
- MUST be available to work 5 days including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Properly cleans the kitchen, washes work area tables, walls, refrigerator and cooking equipment.
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Maintains the dish machine in clean and working order
- Complies with company standards and sanitation guidelines
- Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed
