The Dishwasher is responsible for taking excellent care of the Guests and attending to their needs individually, professionally, quickly and with a smile. The Utility is responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant during their shift. He/she posses’ high energy, a sense of urgency, professional appearance, physical stamina, and is a team player. The ideal Dishwasher is responsible to: Fuddruckers is a restaurant aimed at creating the world’s best hamburgers. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all areas inside and outside of the restaurant
- Monitor the Guest needs and clean the tables as they conclude their meal
- Regularly check the cleanliness of the restrooms and stock them with supplies as needed
- Wash all dishes, pans, etc. according to Fuddruckers safety and sanitation procedures
- Creates a positive and fun atmosphere
- Follow all Utility – Job Responsibilities as listed in Training material
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by management
- Other tasks deemed necessary by management
- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity
