About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Fry Cook to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy fresh, high-quality food every time they visit.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training preferred
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (6–8 hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as reaching, stooping, and carrying
Strong manual and visual coordination skills
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

Prepping, hand-battering, and frying sides and chicken entrées
Cutting, lifting, measuring, portioning, and restocking products as needed
Preparing all food to Fuddruckers specifications, maintaining freshness, temperature, and hold-time standards
Communicating effectively with other cooks and the expeditor to meet guest needs
Monitoring ticket times to ensure prompt service that meets company standards
Practicing and reinforcing food safety procedures in line with company, local, state, and federal guidelines
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Upholding a professional appearance and adhering to uniform standards
Demonstrating problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working effectively as part of a team with a strong sense of urgency
Cross-training in other kitchen areas as needed
Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
