About The Position

This part-time Dishwasher position is located at the St. Charles Embassy Suites Two Convention Center Plaza in Saint Charles, MO. The role is integral to maintaining high sanitation standards within the hotel's food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces, as well as washing and storing all dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. Key duties also include managing trash and recycling, maintaining the dock area, and providing support to kitchen and event teams for setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance. The position requires a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, who is flexible to work various shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided, but a Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is necessary.

Requirements

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
