About The Position

This position performs dishwashing activities with primary responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, storerooms, and equipment; and transporting dishes, china, and equipment between storage and work areas. Tattersall River Falls is a destination distillery, event center, and dining experience, offering over 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a world-class cocktail room, a full-service restaurant, and onsite event catering. The culinary team prepares elevated New American cuisine using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Tattersall is operated by Morrissey Hospitality, which manages nearly two dozen unique restaurant, hotel, and event concepts. Requirements

Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
Regularly required to position self to move about
Frequently required to operate and use dishwashing station tools, equipment, and chemicals
Frequently required to communicate with employees and management
Must move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

Cleans debris from dirty dishes
Uses proper equipment including a dishwashing machine to wash, sanitize, and dry plates, glassware, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Uses cleaning chemicals as directed and follows company procedures as directed
Returns all clean kitchen utensils and equipment to proper storage location
Transports supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Performs all duties on position checklist
Segregates and removes trash and garbage, and places in designated containers
Takes out trash and recycling
Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area
Sweeps and mops floors
Complies with local, state, and national regulations pertaining to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
Completes all other duties as assigned
