We are seeking dependable, hardworking Dishwashers who understand that cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are critical to a successful kitchen operation. As a Dishwasher, you are essential to maintaining the flow and functionality of the kitchen. This role ensures that culinary and service teams have the clean tools and equipment needed to execute at a high level. Success in this position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish and storage areas
Operate dish machines and other cleaning equipment safely and properly
Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries as needed
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Empty trash receptacles and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
Support culinary team members with additional tasks as assigned
Follow all health department regulations and food safety standards
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly
