About The Position
We are looking for candidates that are positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented to join our talented team as a dishwasher. This is a unique opportunity at our Wigle Whiskey kitchen that aims to produce the highest quality local American fair with an emphasis on technique and execution. Much like our spirits, we will draw influence from the diversity of the region and take advantage of the wonderful produce and livestock that South-Western Pennsylvania has to offer. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Follows sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
- Cleaning food and beverage equipment as well as daily care of foodstuff-relevant rooms (walls and floors)
- Responsible for the fast and immediate cleaning of “unforeseen incidents” (i.e., if a plate falls on the floor).
- Helps keep equipment operating by following operating instructions.
- Troubleshoots breakdowns, maintains supplies, and performs preventative maintenance.
- Maintains stock by assisting the chefs in keeping the kitchens in full working order; retrieving stock, and keeping all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean & sanitary at all times.
- Maintains appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils.
- Participates fully in environmental sustainability initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation.
