Requirements

• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• No experience required – we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans quickly and thoroughly
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety guidelines
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Remove trash and recycling as needed
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning, including floors, walls, and prep surfaces
• Help kitchen team with light prep work when needed
• Maintain a steady workflow to support smooth kitchen operations
