About The Position

Keep it clean, keep it moving! As a Dishwasher, you'll be the backbone of kitchen operations — ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. You’ll help maintain a safe and efficient back-of-house environment that supports culinary excellence.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; experience in kitchen sanitation is a plus
• Ability to operate dish machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Assist with garbage disposal and recycling duties
• Restock clean items to appropriate kitchen and service areas
• Support kitchen team with light prep and cleaning tasks
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
