This position is responsible for washing all dishes, glassware and silverware, kitchen equipment, and food preparation equipment. They maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas, including the line, BOH prep areas, storage, and walk-in. Monitors dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation cleans, and maintains dish machine and equipment. Put dishes back in designated areas. Assists in cleaning the kitchen--including cleaning counters, sweeping, and mopping the floors. Ensures proper garbage and trash disposal and removal. Assists with kitchen preparation, if applicable.
