About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all glass, china, silver, pots, and pans. Also maintains a safe, hazard free work area and follow established procedures for cleaning and running of kitchen equipment. Pay range: $13.00 / hour Housing options available after 90 days

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Able to use kitchen equipment to specification.
Able to maintain a safe working environment.
Able to maintain a sanitary work area.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.
Load, run and unload dish machine.
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
Bag and haul kitchen trash/boxes to dumpster.
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining rooms and kitchen.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations and assists others in closing the kitchen.
Performs related and/or other duties as required.
